Why Youtube Copyright Is Stupid

In my opinion youtube copyright is stupid. Post a video with copyrighted music and it gets taken down. All your doing is just posting a dam song. No one is trying to steal content. If anything its helping the owner of the music out by advertising and promoting the music. People hear the music and say, "oh thats a good song, let me go download that song from itunes", then they listen to more songs from the artist and say "this artist is great, im buying the whole album." It increases sales and etc. They need to realize that instead of being asses and taking your videos down. Yes yes i understand some people upload full movies. I understand that because they would rather you buy it in the store instead of watching it online. That should be the only time they take something down.
Also theres movie trailers and game trailers that are taken down, which i think is the stupidest thing ive ever seen. Theyre basically getting free advertisment for there game or movie and yet they want to take it down. Absolutely ridiculous. The sad part is when uploaders actually buy the content used in the video like the music used. They should be allowed to use it in there video. In my opinion this is one major flaw on youtube and i hope someday it will be toned down a bit.

New York Yankees Vs Philadelphia Phillies

Its that time of the year again,late october. The time of the year when the world series starts again. Ahh yes the series to decide whos the best of the best. This year we have a heck of a matchup. The New York Yankees vs. The Philadelphia Philles. As a die-hard Yankees fan i cant help but be more excited then i have ever been. For the first time since 2003 the Yankees are in the fall classic once again. Not having won it all since 2000, people start to wonder, is it about time? I say yes! Yankee fans have waited too long to see there beloved team win it all. I personally think they will win it all but it will be a tough task considering the Phillies are the defending world series champs. The Phillies seem stronger then ever having defeated the Cardinals and the Dodgers in the NLDS and NLCS, respectively. With the top of the rotation looking better then last year thanks to mid-season additions of Pedro Martinez and Cliff Lee they very well can pull off an "upset" over the Yankees. Then again you cant overlook the performance so far from CC Sabathia. He has been absolutely outstanding so far this posteason, showing why the Yankees paid big bucks to get him. Did we forget about A-Rod? Who had an absolute monster ALCS and posteason in general. With the Phillies and Yankees having the two best lineups in the majors and starting rotation that matches up easily with each other, it looks as if its going to be a battle of the bullpens. The Yankees are looking shaky with there bridge to Mariano Rivera. With Phil Hughes looking nothing like he did in the regular season and Joba Chamberlain a little shaky himself, as hes been all season, they only hope they come back to form if they want to win this series. The Phillies on the other hand dont have the luxury of having the greatest closer in the history of the game as the yankees do, have to be concerned of Brad Lidge breaking down and pitching horrible like he did all season. So far in the postseason hes looked like the Brad Lidge of old, yes the one that was perfect in save opportunities last year. Thats the key for both teams. As for my thoughts on whos winning the series, Yankees in 6 games.
